其實賽季掉體重也蠻正常的
He learned last year that playing virtually every day in a six-month major league season was a step (or two or three or more) up from the Korean Baseball Organization in which he played about 135 games a year from 2014-20. He lost 10 pounds over the course of last season.

一季打下來瘦了10磅(4.5kg)
所以之後他休賽季就開始增重練肌肉
才能撐ㄧ年162場的長賽季

是這樣沒錯
但金是挑戰大聯盟,賽事更多,強度更高,才掉的肌肉
徐還沒去挑戰高階聯盟就狀況頻頻
他今年工作量也算新高了吧 我是覺得掉還好
他的問題是採訪中提到的 自己吃不下
賽季中吃的是避免掉太多
葉已經有塞巨蛋跟控管他狀態了,還這樣那也沒辦法
他掉體重跟天氣有關 美日體感不會熱到吃不下吧
不過用國際額度來看,美國那邊是真的沒有特地為了

日本夏天也是很熱啊
我說的是體感溫度
世錦賽馬拉松上午體感高達36~38
當然如果你是在巨蛋室內就還好
現在這天氣體感都是3*了,都很熱
傍晚大概會降一些30~33
但這是靜止狀態
運動身體熱起來又是一回事
如果你有長期在運動就大概明白我說什麼
這麽說好了 很多洋將本來自很熱的國家 但台灣夏天也是考驗
不是?
太熱吃不下飯,不能在冷氣房裡吃嗎?
對啊 不管你是本土洋將天氣熱都會消耗更多
所以要更要注重補給維持住體能

(當然適應力好 換地方吃就比較不是問題)
