Pep Guardiola: Age Will Play Role In Kevin De Bruyne Contract Talks

Pep Guardiola admitted Kevin De Bruyne's age will play a factor in whether
Manchester City extend him to a new contract and that the club have to "think"about whether it is the right thing to do.

Pep Guardiola在本週的賽前記者會，坦承資深中場Kevin de Bruyne（KDB）自身漸長的年齡，將會在曼城要不要給後者一份新合約成為關鍵因素，這也是球團必須謹慎思考的議題。

De Bruyne turns 34 in June and his contract expires in June. De Bruyne has
struggled with injuries the past two seasons.

KDB的年齡將會在6月變成34歲，到時他與曼城的合約也將到期。過去2季，他因為傷
勢影響了在球場上的表現。

"He had problems in the last year and a half, like many players this year,"
Guardiola said. "Of course, when he is consistent and fit and can play regularly, I've said many times he's a really important player for us and a decisive play-er.

瓜帥在訪談中表示：「他在去年還有今年一半時間的表現是不優的，雖然他的隊友今年
也打得掙扎。當然，當他健康、穩定又能規律上場時，我會說他是一名對我們球隊相當
重要，且具有決定性的球員。」

"What is going to happen, how he is going to perform until the end of the season, the age that he is and many things, I think the club has to think about it."

「然而，接下來會發生什麼事、他到了球季末端會有怎樣的表現、他的年齡與其他事情，我覺得都是球團必須謹慎評估的。」

De Bruyne has been linked with the Saudi league, as well as the new MLS club inSan Diego. De Bruyne has a WhoScored rating of 7.02 in 736 Premier League
minutes this season compared to 7.60 in 23-25 and 7.58 in 22-23.

KDB這幾年已被不少八卦報導，指出轉戰沙烏地以及美國職足MLS（尤其是在加州聖地牙哥新球會）的可能性。至於他的進攻表現，他本季的WhoScored評分為7.02，跟過去2季
相比也有所下滑。

心得：看來KDB夏季轉會的可能性越來越高了，少數的懸念在於轉哪裡，還有什麼時候
轉；但我感覺曼城應該也拿不到轉會費就是XD
