Adam Silver says he's not sure if it's time to separate Designated Player
contracts from NBA awards voting, in the wake of players being ineligible forawards due to the 65-game rule.

Silver also noted that games played are up, while injuries are down this
season.

在一開始的時候，阿銀表示暫時無法確定在有球員因「六十五場比賽」的底標規定而無緣季末獎項之後，是否該將指定球員條款從獎項投票中分開出來。他也認為，（各球員）參與的比賽場數已有提升，而遭遇傷病的狀況也出現下降。

On the NBA's offensive explosion this season, Silver says most of it is that
players are better than ever. Silver did note that the league will continue
to look at how to make changes to help defense.

談到聯盟內的進攻大爆發，阿銀認為主要因素是球員比以前表現得更好，並表示聯盟將持續探討如何在更好地幫助到防守的事上進行改變。

Adam Silver says the "next LeBron James" will come naturally by whichever
player steps forward whenever James retired. Noted that the league is in
great hands with young talent moving forward.

阿銀說不論是任何球員，只要在 LBJ 退役之後，「下一個 LBJ」都將會自然地出現，同時聯盟在年輕球員不斷往前邁進的過程中充滿希望。

Silver confirmed that there will be an NBA Paris game next season. Said thosenegotiations are ongoing. Wouldn't say if it will involve the San Antonio
Spurs and Victor Wembanyama, but said noted that Wembanyama is a rising star
already.

阿銀確認下個賽季將繼續舉辦巴黎海外賽。目前談判正在進行中，但不知道是否會讓馬刺隊和文班亞馬參與其中。

Silver said that the NBA All-Star Game changes to the traditional format was
in part driven by the players. Silver said there was a feeling from the
league and players that they had gone a bit too far with the entertainment
factor of the ASG vs the basketball factor.

阿銀表示全明星賽比賽格式改回傳統（的東西部對抗賽），一部分是受到球員推動的。他從聯盟內和球員間感受到，在設計明星賽的過程中，把娛樂成分放得太過頭、且把籃球成分看得太輕了。

Silver said that everyone seemed to be disappointed in what the All-Star Gamehad become. He said the league and players wanted to return to having a focusof it being more of a normal game. The hope is that this version will be a
more competitive version than in previous years.

阿銀表示大家似乎對全明星賽的變化感到失望。他表示，聯盟和球員都希望能將焦點放回在平常比賽中應有的情況，並希望目前的版本（傳統四節、十二分鐘）能帶來比往年更具競爭力的表現。

Silver said that All-Star roster size changes aren't planned going forward.
Silver said that part of the challenge is that there already aren't enough
minutes to go around in the game. Noted in bargaining that everyone wanted tokeep being named an All-Star a special honor.

阿銀表示，未來不打算改變全明星賽陣容的規模，這是部分考量到在場上的比賽時間不多而成的。他知道在交涉過程中，大家都希望能把被選進全明星陣容之事視作是一種特別的榮譽。

On the two-night NBA Draft, Silver said part of the reason was that teams
wanted more time to focus on the second round, as it's taken on an increased
importance. Silver said it was "a little silly" to still be calling names at
midnight for players joining the league.

對於舉辦兩晚的選秀大會，阿銀說一部分是因為各球隊希望能有多一點時間專注在逐漸受到關注之次輪新秀的選擇。他也認為，在半夜時分還持續指名將加入聯盟之球員的作法「有點好笑」。

Adam Silver said it's possible the NBA will integrate more WNBA players into
All-Star Weekend events moving forward. Silver said the enormous increase in
interest in the WNBA and Women's College Basketball is very encouraging.

阿銀表示未來可能會讓更多 WNBA 球員參與NBA 的全明星周末。目前外界對 WNBA 和女子大專籃球的關注已有大幅增加，這是非常令人鼓舞的。

Adam Silver says improving communication between players and referees is a “
real area of focus” moving forward and is something he thinks can be worked
on going forward.

Adam Silver says the NBA is “reassessing” the status of G League Ignite
moving forward, but isn’t sure what the future of the program is. Said the
introduction of NIL/etc in the college basketball landscape has removed the
