This actually adds to his chances of sticking with the Phillies as a Rule 5 pick IMO. Once he's healthy, he can be sent to the minors for a 30-day injury rehabassignment. Can't be optioned, but only needs to be on MLB active roster 90 days this year to meet R5 requirements.
