大部分查到的消息都是說如果同居家人同車

那是不需要戴上口罩的

當然也有例外啦就是印度的判例

「The Delhi High Court has ruled that wearing of a mask in a vehicle is compulsory during the COVID-19 pandemic even if it is occupied only by its driver and has no other occupants」

所以可能我們用了比較接近印度的標準，
或是執政者為了讓他的主要支持者群
「機車族」在疫情期間，心情更好一點，
所以才要求開車載家人也要口罩～
