雖然說人口數和疫情嚴重性是很重要的考慮因素
但是各位是不是忘了疫苗的特性也很重要？
第一批的疫苗是以Moderna，Pfizer和Johnson 為主（因為AZ在美國還沒拿到許可）
這三隻疫苗裡面Johnson最好送，只需要打一劑，保存條件也較寬鬆
另外兩隻都需要超低溫儲存，對於運輸的條件很要求
以跟台灣同一組的國家裡面，能夠有效處理這兩隻的國家其實並不多
不過話說回來，現在也不知道這三隻疫苗的分配狀況，如果大都是Johnson的話，或許疫苗的特性就沒那麼重要，否則的話台灣還是有點優勢的

: 這邊則是美國直接配送，不是透過COVAX分配的額度，總共600萬劑
: 國家有：墨西哥、加拿大、南韓、加薩走廊、烏克蘭、科索沃、海地、格魯吉亞、

: 看起來就是鄰國、盟友，以及真的夠慘的地方，可能在打仗或是前線的地方
: 現在有就好啦，就算只有十萬劑也代表十萬人減少重症可能性
