台灣很方便，便利到不小心轉個彎都會遇到便利商店。有了外送，外食族越來越多，多了快食主義，習慣電視搭配食物，也漸漸少了一起在廚房或餐廳交流分享大小事的機會。

我們可以把廚房變得更實用與美麗，但他帶給我的意義是教我學習過生活。享受生活質感與當下家人朋友的時刻，不僅能豐富菜餚上的美味，更能增添出生活回憶。
