Frances Tiafoe is one of the most exciting tennis players in the world, but
sometimes tennis fans and pundits are not very happy when he does not follow
the etiquette. Tennis legend Adriano Panatta was extremely displeased when hesaw Tiafoe wearing headphones during the American national anthem.
The 1976 Roland Garros champion said: “He is rude. If I were his captain, I
would kick him in the butt.”

Frances Tiafoe 是世界網球好手之一，但當他不遵守禮儀時，網球迷和專家們感到不高興。網球傳奇人物阿德里亞諾帕納塔（Adriano Panatta）看到Tiafoe在唱美國國歌時戴著耳機，非常不高興。
這位1976 年法網冠軍說：「他很沒有禮貌。如果我是他的隊長，我會踢他屁股。」
推特上也有許多網友對此舉認為不適當。

究竟戴著耳機適不適當可受公評，不過對比對手義大利隊唱國歌的畫面，以及Matteo即便受傷
也到場支持隊友的精神，也不難想像為何有球迷和前輩認為Tiafoe態度有待改進。
