Breast labeled as ”with calcification” left mammotome mucocele-like lesion
with atypical ductal hyperplasia at least (see comment) Breast labeled as ”

Specimen ”with calcification” * Size: four fragments up to 1.5 x 0.3 x 0.3
cm Specimen ”without calcification” * Size: 5 fragments up to 2 x 0.2 x 0.2
cm All for section and labeled as: Jar 0 A: ”with calcification” B: ”
without calcification” MICROSCOPE Microscopically section A shows a
mucocele-like lesion with focal atypical ductal hyperplasia and
microcalcifications. However some worrisome features such as mucin
extravasation is seen. More severe lesion such as ductal carcinoma in situ orinvasive carcinoma with mucin production cannot be excluded. Please correlatewith image studies. Section B shows benign breast tissue with one dilated
cyst. Otherwise it is unremarkable.

因為是用微創手術取樣
請問是否還要外科手術切除較大範圍化驗?
