簽複數年合約


The announcement included a promotion to president of baseball operations. ErikNeander, who has been at the forefront of building Tampa Bay into an absolute force and one of the best-run teams in baseball, will be staying with the Rays long-term.

並且升官了 升任光芒棒球部門的總裁



查了一下資歷，2007年開始在光芒隊工作，2016年年底當上GM，2019年獲選為Executive of the Year

光芒在他當GM的期間到今天為止勝率剛好6成（314-209）

這是不是證明找到好GM比簽大明星重要?
