社會安全網迎來年度大更新

正常來說有 sense 的程式每次更新都會有個 commit log

在釋出時也會有 release note 說明主要改版內容有啥

更何況現在還有數位發展部 這點 common sense 應該會有吧

要去哪裡看社會安全網的 commit log
