新秀榜本來就是排爽的，各家的rookie eligibility也不全然相同

The rankings continue to follow the guidelines laid out by the Collective
Bargaining Agreement in terms of who falls under the international pool moneyrules. Players who are at least 25 years old and have played in leagues
deemed to be professional (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Cuba) are not eligible.

簡單來說pipeline一直是跟著IFA簽約金額度走

Foreign professionals -- defined as players who are at least 25 years of age
and have played as a professional in a foreign league recognized by Major
League Baseball for a minimum of six seasons -- maintain exemption from the
international bonus pool.

所以25+跟有打6年職業的不算，所以大谷(O)，吉田/千賀/李/山本(X)

- 130 at-bats or 50 innings pitched in the Major Leagues.
- 45 total days on an active Major League roster during the Championship
Season (excluding time on the Injured List).

130AB跟50局以下都算新秀，但待active名單超過45天也會喪失資格(如去年Moreno)

BA:

原本是最廣的，沒限制海外職業跟active名單45天限制，所以原本是

大谷(O) 吉田/千賀/李/山本(O) Moreno(O)

現在排除海外pro之後應該會是

ESPN:

KLaw走後就是Kiley McDaniel主筆

看起來是有排除海外職業(大谷那時候還是KLaw排，沒進榜)

但沒有active名單45天限制

大谷(X) 吉田/千賀/李/山本(X) Moreno(O)

同樣新秀榜，有三種標準，其實是蠻奇怪的事

尤其新版CBA之後，prospect promotion incentive的大前提是要進三榜其二

所以標準不統一其實會吃掉其他人獲選百大的資格

比方說今年季初吉田、千賀都佔了BA一個位置

但他們實際上不可能獲得PPI (因為1.CBA本來就排除 2.他們只進一個榜)

這次BA排除山本，其實就結論上來說根本不影響

就算PPI沒排除海外pro，山本也只會進BA一個榜，道奇還是沒獎勵

只是少進一個百大榜，好像沒什麼差(攤手
