[問題] Vesting Option

最近稍微在研究大聯盟合約
看到這種選擇權
有兩個問題請教
假設現在2021賽季
我跟甲選手簽了兩年延長合約
第二年(2023賽季)為Vesting Option
1. 評斷選擇權條件是否達成的年份是2022還是2023？
2. 如果條件達成 那當然保障2023的全額薪資沒問題
萬一沒有達成呢 是否就變成像Team Option一樣
由母隊決定是否履約
萬一不履約 甲是否一毛錢都拿不到
(因為好像沒看到像Team Option不履約時的Buyout)

首先要明白合約怎麼寫都可以的

1.看2022成績。2.應該會有買斷金額。可能直接指出那個

球員的合約會比較容易討論，照你的說法應該是1+1年，第

二年是vesting option，而不會說延長兩年合約。
