工作職責：
1、高度理解公司整體發展戰略，全面負責技術方向研究和規劃，組織製定和實施重大技術決策和方案；
2、 負責互聯網教育產品的策劃，優化與推動產品上線、迭代更新；
3、 領導並推動研發系統的組織建設、流程優化，建立起配置有效、均衡發展的研發組織結構和產品開發流程；
4、 負責技術團隊建設及管理，監督指導技術研發工作，有計劃的擴充和培養一支高效的技術研發團隊；
5、 協調與公司其他部門的工作，並對公司戰略提供有力支持。

任職條件：
1、 3年以上的技術總監以上職位，具備30人以上的大規模研發開發技術團隊管理經驗；大學全日製本科及以上學歷，計算機相關專業；
2、有JAVA、PHP、PYTHON等主流編程語言基礎並具有一定的開發經歷，熟悉軟件架構、設計模式、面向對象的設計方法；
3、對於主流數據庫和中間件如Oracle、MySQL、WebLogic、Tomcat等軟件的架構和使用具有一定經驗；
4、熟悉Open stack、Docker、Kubernete等開源技術者優先，具備大並發，高可用系統架構能力；
5、具有良好的溝通學習能力，對優化系統的運維流程具有強烈的興趣；
6、熟悉計算機及網絡相關專業知識；熟悉當前主流的開發技術，精通數據庫、前後端及移動端開發管理經驗；
7、出色的領導力，能進行高效溝通協調、資源整合，快速推進方案落地；
8、具有開放的思維，關注領域內的技術發展現狀，及時更新，具備適應變化和快速決策的能力。

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
1. more than 3-year-experiences in R&D management position in over 30-people team; Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science or related.
2. Have good command of JAVA, PHP，PYTHON or other popular programming languages and have some development experience, familiar with popular frameworks, design patterns, object-oriented design methods.
3. Experienced in the architecture and application of popular databases and middleware software such as Oracle, MySQL, WebLogic, Tomcat, etc.
4. Familiar with Openstack, Docker, Kubernete and other open source technologies is preferred, with large concurrency, high availability system architecture capabilities.
5. Have good communication skills and learning ability and have strong interest in optimizing the operation and maintenance process of the system.
6. good command of computer and network related professional knowledge; Familiar with popular development technology, proficient in database, front-end andback-end and mobile development and management experience.
7. Excellent leadership, can carry out efficient communication and coordination, resource integration, and deliver results.
8. open minded, aware to new trends and can adapt to changes and make quick decisions.
