再生俠(SPAWN)的作者Todd McFarlane即是一例
他早期也是為DC跟漫威效力,後來與幾位大佬共同協力成立了IMAGE COMICS
大屋之下的創作者,能有自己獨立的創作工作室並擁有創作自主權

Each Image partner founded his own studio, which published under the Image
banner but was autonomous from any central editorial control. Portacio
withdrew during the formative stages to deal with his sister's illness,[14]
so Image originally consisted of six studios:

Todd McFarlane Productions, owned by Todd McFarlane
WildStorm Productions, owned by Jim Lee
Highbrow Entertainment, owned by Erik Larsen
Shadowline, owned by Jim Valentino
Top Cow Productions, owned by Marc Silvestri
Extreme Studios, owned by Rob Liefeld
