Position Title: Postdoctoral Researcher in Mixed-Signal/RF Integrated
Circuits

Location: University of California, Berkeley

Job Type: Full-Time, 2 Years with possibility of extension.

Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Postdoctoral Researcher(s) to
join our innovative team at UC Berkeley Prof. Jun-Chau Chien's group. The
successful candidate will work on cutting-edge projects related to
mixed-signal/RF integrated circuits for bioelectronics, mm-Wave, and quantum
ICs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and characterize mixed-signal integrated circuits for
various applications.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to define system specifications.
- Prepare and publish research findings in high-impact journals and
conferences.
- Mentor graduate and undergraduate students involved in related projects.
- Assist in the preparation of grant proposals.

Required Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Strong background in mixed-signal circuit design, including ADCs, DACs,
PLLs, or RFICs.
- Proficiency in CAD tools for circuit design, simulation, and layout (such
as Cadence, Synopsys, or HFSS etc.).
- Excellent programming skills in MATLAB, Python, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a
team environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
