如題 跟代租代管的公司租屋 租屋的合約已經簽約一年，第二年續約時要新增一個人的簽名在延長合約中，但被告知要連 同原始合約一起更動，等於原始合約和續簽合約都有兩個人的簽名，而更動原始合約（重新 簽一份）代租代管要收取30%手續費，按房租計算為5000元，請問是否合理？
