[選校] UIUC MCS Spring vs Rice MCS Fall大家好，小弟原本已經確定要去 Rice MCS，但因為 6 月中 UIUC 突然發給我正式 Offer
，同時間學生簽證被 AP ，一直都現在沒有消息，心態有點崩，一拉一推的因素下，讓我
重新思考這個問題，所以想請教各路大大。
目前 UIUC MCS spring 為新開設的 program ，且上一個學期就有 CPT ，和以前的 CMU
SESV spring 一樣，加上如果第三學期找到 full-time internship 可以 4 semester
