#KBO says it will adopt pitch clock and ghost runner system in extra innings next year.
There will be a test run of pitch clock in the minors first in 2024 and it could make its way to KBO as early as 2024.
Ghost runner, already used in the minors, will reach KBO in 2024.

One addition: three-batter minimum rule for pitchers (already in use in MLB andWBC) will be introduced in KBO in 2025. Ditto for the ban on infield shift.
