Announcement of Measures Taken to Combat Infringements of Rights Against
COVER Corp. and Affiliated Talents

Thank you very much for continually supporting COVER Corporation (hereinafterreferred to as "COVER Corp."), hololive production, and especially our
talents.

感謝大家一直以來對COVER、hololive production及旗下藝人的支持。

COVER Corp. hereby announces that multiple individuals (hereinafter referred
to as the “perpetrators”), who committed acts of rights infringement
including defamation and slander, against the company and its affiliated
talents have been identified and appropriate action has been taken.

COVER在此宣布，已確認多名針對公司及其所屬藝人實施侵權行為
(包括誹謗、中傷)的個人(以下簡稱「加害者」)並已採取了相應措施。

[Criminal Action] Unauthorized production and sale of merchandise
An individual who manufactured and sold merchandise using illustrations of
COVER Corp. affiliated talents without obtaining the proper authorization
from COVER Corp. was reported to the police in order to pursue criminal
liability. The report was officially accepted, and the perpetrator was
identified through a police investigation. The case has since been referred
to the Public Prospectors Office, where proceedings are currently underway topursue criminal charges against the perpetrator for suspected copyright
infringement.

[刑事措施] 未經授權製作及銷售周邊商品

有人在未經COVER正式授權的情況下，
使用本公司所屬藝人的插畫製作並銷售周邊商品。

COVER已向警方報案，追究其刑事責任。
警方已正式受理此案，並透過調查確認了加害者身分。
目前，該案件已移送至檢察機關，
正在就涉嫌侵犯著作權對侵權者提起刑事訴訟。

[Civil Action] Insulting remarks towards affiliated talent
A social media account was found to have posts that contained insulting
remarks targeting a COVER Corp. affiliated talent, infringing upon the talent’s personal rights and emotional well-being. A petition for the disclosure
of the sender’s information was granted by the courts, leading to the
successful identification of the perpetrator, with whom the following
settlement, including the following conditions, was reached: the payment of
monetary compensation for damages, an apology for the infringement, and
commitment not to engage in similar conduct in the future.

[民事措施] 對所屬藝人的侮辱性言論

某社交媒體帳號發布了含有針對某個COVER所屬藝人的侮辱性言論，
侵害了該藝人的個人權益及精神健康。

經法院裁定，COVER獲准申請揭露該發布者的資訊，
從而成功確認了加害者身分，並與其達成了包括以下條件在內的和解協議：
支付損害賠償金、就侵權行為道歉，以及承諾今後不再進行類似行為。

In addition to the cases outlined above, a number of legal proceedings are
currently ongoing in response to other defamation and infringements of rightscases targeting COVER Corp. and its affiliated talents. COVER Corp. will
continue to take firm action against such conduct through not only civil
remedies but also criminal action where deemed appropriate.

除上述案例外，目前仍有多起針對COVER及其所屬藝人的誹謗和侵權案件，
正在進行法律程。

COVER對此類行為將繼續採取堅決措施，不僅會透過民事途徑維權，
在必要時也會採取刑事手段。

COVER Corp. will continue to address defamation and other rights
infringements to ensure that all talents affiliated with the company and fansalike can engage in activities and enjoy content respectively in a safe and
