Although you may be dwelling on somethingupsetting, and you may be fearful that something will not work out, it is up to you to reject those thoughts each time they happen. It's like refusing to open the door to an unwanted visitor. Keep doing it, and you'll start feeling
hopeful about a certain possibility.
