簡單來說

有個台灣留學生打了高端

在10月初入境以色列成功

(當時入境的規則是

需要有visa(不開放旅遊簽)

需要打滿兩劑疫苗沒特別規定是啥

然後上飛機前72小時PCR陰性

落地後PCR陰性,抗體測試陽性 就可以解除隔離)



就一堆人高潮說 以色列承認高端

殊不知11月以色列開放旅遊簽

只承認國際疫苗

只能說 以色列政策怪怪的~

Modern Pfizer Johnson & Johnson - Janssen AstraZeneca Covishield Sinopharm Sinovac SputniK-V - subject to restrictions set forth below. 3. Vaccination and recovery protocol approved by the Ministry of Health... People vaccinated with Pfizer, Moderna, Astraznica, Sinovak or SinoPharm: - They must be vaccinated with two vaccines and 14 days or more passed from the second vaccine by the day they enter Israel (but not more than 180 days before they leave Israel). - Immunized with a booster dose and 14 days or more have passed since the dose on the day they entered Israel. Foreigners vaccinated with Jensen's vaccine: 14 days or more have passed since the vaccine on the day they entered Israel (but not more than 180 days before they leabe Israel). - Immunized with a booster dose and 14 days or more have passed since the vaccine on the day they entered Israel. (Recovered) Foreigners who present proof, which can be digitally verified in the systems of the Ministry of Health in Israel, on a positive result in a NAAT test (molecular test such as PCR): 11 days or more have passed since the test on the day they enter Israel (but not more than 190 days before they leave Israel). - In addition, received at least one dose of a vaccine approved by the WHO (there is no significance to the passage of time and the order of events). Foreigners vaccinated with Sputnik-V, as of Nov 15, and take-present a positive result in a serological examination in Israel (will quarantine until a positive result is obtained): - They were vaccinated with two vaccines and 14 days or more passed from the second vaccine on the day they enter Israel (but not more than 180 days when they leave Israel). - Immunized with a booster dose and 14 days or more have passed since the vaccine on the day they enter Israel. 4. * The process of entering Israel * Perform a PCR test up to 72 hours before the flight. Fill out a declaration of a passenger entering Israel: Passengers with a verifiable digital certificate will scan and upload their immunization or recovery certificate to the incoming passenger form and receive a green card before boarding. Passengers who do not have a verifiable digital certificate will declare the vaccines in the incoming passenger form, and will also fill out an application form for shortening quarantine, to which they will attach the relevant documents and receive a green card before boarding. For Sputnik-V vaccines only - perform a serological test at Ben Gurion Airport, quarantine until a positive result is obtained (in addition to quarantine until a negative result is obtained in the PCR test performed after landing). 5. * Negative Cases... A foreigner at the airport who does not meet the conditions - his entry into Israel will be denied and he will be returned to the country of origin. A foreigner who was gets Corona during his stay in Israel - transfer to a hospital under the responsibility of PKAR, medical treatment at the expense and under the foreigner's private insurance. Sputnik-V vaccinated who received a negative result in a serological examination - will be allowed to stay in Israel subject to full quarantine (14 days with an option to shorten to 7 days with 2 PCR tests), or he will be allowed to return to his country during the quarantine period. .
