我不知道為什麼新聞沒提到解除武裝(disarmament)及安全保證跟烏克蘭的去納粹化
俄羅斯打成這樣還要人解除武裝，又不是二戰時候日德被打到崩潰無條件投降然後
乖乖繳械給你。
