NTU VDI only allow access from campus IP addresses since Nov. 11 2023

《公告內容》
為符合國家資通安全法，本校雲端虛擬桌面平臺服務（VDI）於112年11月01日（星期三）起，限制僅允許校內網路位置（IP）存取，非校內網路環境內需使用本校校外連線服務（SSL VPN）方能登入。

說明：
一、雲端虛擬桌面平臺服務說明：https://VDI.Cloud.ntu.edu.tw。
二、本校計算機及資訊網路中心VPN快速連結網址：https://ccnet.ntu.edu.tw/vpn。
三、本校計算機及資訊網路中心VPN服務申請網址：https://account.cc.ntu.edu.tw。
四、有關VDI帳號、VPN申請及相關下載安裝問題，可洽本中心諮詢服務櫃檯：（02）
33665023。
五、因軟體授權範圍的限制，本服務僅提供在職教職員工生使用（不含退休教職員工、休學學生、退學學生、校友、附屬醫院員工）。
六、本校學生註冊後自動開通權限，教職員工第一次使用請來信（[email protected]）申請。

The Cloud Virtual Desktop Infrastructure service （VDI） will only allow
access from campus IP addresses starting from November 1, 2023. To adhere to
security standards, NTU Cloud Virtual Desktop Infrastructure service （VDI）
will implement a comprehensive restriction on access based on campus IP
addresses, effective from November 1, 2023 （Wednesday）. Users outside the
campus network environment will be required to use　NTU SSL VPN service to
log in.

2.You can find the quick link to our universitys Computer and Information

3.You can apply for the VPN service at the following link：
https://account.cc.ntu.edu.tw .
4.For inquiries about VDI accounts, VPN application, and related downloads
and installations, you can contact our centers consultation service desk at：（02）3366-5023.
5.Due to software licensing restrictions, this service is only available to
currently employed faculty, staff, and students（excluding retired faculty,
students on leave of absence, withdrawn students, alumni, and employees of
NTUH）.
6.Students will have their access automatically activated upon registration.
