[討論] Feathered Friends的布料退色是正常?

買過那麼多牌的羽絨服,少數羽絨褲真的沒遇過外面的布料發生變色退色

我是先買Volant Down Pants羽絨褲,之後才再買羽絨服,澎度真的比其他品牌還要好

這褲子原本灰色變成鐵鏽色,而且還是只有一面的一隻腳比較嚴重變色,和拉鍊邊
如果真的曬太陽應該會整面變色,怎麼會只有一隻腳比較嚴重??

我有先像原廠反映,他是說我曝曬在陽光中,可是問題是我這件褲子只有出國用過一兩次,還都是下午四五點天氣變冷時才用,七點回飯店就沒使用,所以都只有用布擦拭,也沒還清洗過,更沒有拿去曬太陽,要是說是紫外線,沒太陽時可能也有紫外線,可是我使用的時間很短,這五年來應該不超過24小時,平常是收在房間紙袋裡,房間一般的電燈算有紫外線?房間也沒書桌,使用燈的時間也都很短暫

We don't see this very often, but both mine and my coworker's immediate
thought is that the affected areas have been exposed to sunlight,
semi-consistently over the last seven years. When we do see faded fabrics
like this, UV damage is typically the cause. Please let me know your thoughtson this, and if you have any other questions.

我有在問說會不會是這批布料有瑕疵? 他們的回答看起來是說沒有瑕疵問題
We have not been made aware of any defects in that batch of fabric. It would
be very unusual for this to have occurred spontaneously with only one pant
leg, since the entire garment is made from the same section of fabric.
Discoloration is something that will happen over the lifetime of a fabric,
especially when in areas that experience more intense sunlight, but wouldn't
be considered a defect.

我其他品牌的羽絨外套和褲子反而常穿常洗,有太陽時也在穿,這樣應該算曬紫外線,反而都沒有出現布料變色的情況,這件ff不常穿發生這樣的情況我無法理解?

請問各位大大這變色算是正常?還是我該如何反應較好?
