[廣宣] Happy 兔 year 我來送豆子囉!
開始烘豆以來,踩了不少生豆的雷,
今年初為了改善這個狀況,在咖啡版揪了一個生豆群組,
結果只是變成大家一起踩雷而已 Orz
後來改成先取得熟豆樣品,覺得不錯再買生豆來烘,就比較OK

妲娜拉就這樣與我相遇,她沒有顯赫的家世背景,
沒有高大上的莊園名稱,沒有生猛的處理法,
衣索比亞、耶加雪夫、日曬、妲娜拉合作社、74110。
從規格來看,就是一個字,「普通」。
喝完樣品,我愛上她,
買了5kg生豆,自己一邊烘、一邊喝、一邊調整,
PDCA到上個月喝完,跟生豆商要了最新的DM,
沒想到半年過去,妲娜拉不只沒賣完,還被移到特價區。
我一開始覺得慶幸,後來有點生氣,
還打給生豆商問怎麼會這樣! 順便再買5kg。

[其它] 大家的口味也會越來越挑剔嗎一年前 幾乎不會主動去買咖啡相關飲料 偶爾喝喝超商 星巴克冰美式 只覺得偶爾喝喝 香香的不錯 半年前16
[其它] 咖啡熟豆分享大家好 ,咖啡分享還是個人比較希望表達的 咖啡熟豆除了生豆本身條件外,烘豆師的責任就是可以讓每一隻咖啡豆的風味完整呈現, 在上一篇分享文裡提到從一爆開始到二爆結束,每一段風味都不同 依照每隻豆子不同的特性會有適合的焙度 例如藝妓 ,應該不會有烘豆師烘到2爆下豆,也很少將曼特寧在一爆初就下豆15

Re: [問卦] 一磅200跟一磅400咖啡豆子差在哪一公斤的生豆,算上15%的失重率 大概可以拿到1.87磅的熟豆 商業豆,生豆價大概70、80元/kg起跳 當然也有一兩百多的商業豆 只是很多大連鎖的豆子應該沒用那麼好啦5
[其它] 2月份咖啡分享新年快樂,在台灣很幸福,每年可以說兩次新年快樂 把舊的可以收藏的留下來,接著下來又是新的開始 最近趁著空檔時間把工作室和烘豆機全部重新整理一次 同時也改善室內排風設備,希望除了把豆子烘好外 也可以同時不要影響太多健康
