五毛又在亂翻譯了

看前後脈絡，應該是拜登想說：

The idea that I'm not gonna talk about his coercion of Taiwan....

「我不會講他脅迫台灣」的這個想法....

結果拜登後面的句子沒接好（拜登講話常常這樣，他有結巴）

但根據脈絡，拜登應該是想說：美國總統的職責就是為人權發聲，所以「我不會講他脅迫台灣」的這個想法是錯的。

也就是說，拜登直接當著習近平的面為台灣香港和維吾爾人發聲，和他twitter 發文相符。
