總結而言…

Overall, the survey’s respondents indicated a moderate to high level of confidence in Taiwan’s ability to weather the current global headwinds, including
the ongoing pandemic and disruptions in supply chains. Yet uncertainties on the domestic front have left many feeling what several described as “cautiously optimistic” about the future.

明明人家都是整體比去年更有信心跟正面，但是有部分問題期待可以解決…能源只是之一。

結果八卦版發了這篇觀點特殊的新聞稿來高潮，果然在這超順風。

我看這篇報告完全看不出哪邊有寫 或 語氣看起來是美商在忍….忍什麼？
