拜登提到Austin的烏克蘭防禦聯絡群組，
然後這個群組"has already" 已經承諾了這長串武器。
(少了pledging new commitments這個會讓人誤會的部分)

烏克蘭的新聞引述拜登談話也變成:盟軍已經提供了這長串武器。

其實不意外，試圖解讀過幾次拜登的講話，很容易引起誤會。
只能靠其它人資訊來補充。
要說這時有新一批，這個數量的武器要進場，的確蠻大條的事情。
各方大概都會去確認。

不過說回來，他只宣告多八億的預算，和這串武器的數量/成本，
就算樂觀去算其它國家投入的規模，也本來就對不太起來。
