Microscopically, the sections reveal a picture of mild complex hyperplasia. Two of the tissue fragmenbts show blood. One of the tissue fragments shows endometrial tissue. TheThe endometrial glands are mild proliferated, irregularly enlarged, and closely packed. They are lined by columnar epithelium with enlarged and hyperchromatic nuclei, partly showing pseudostratification, papillary infolding, and out pouchings. The endometrial stroma is hypercellular and hypervascular. No evidence of malignancy is seen.
