Obesity, as a disease of excessive fat deposition, is essentially a

答案就是吸收量不同造成的。糖類吃超過總代謝量就會經
由胰島素轉成體脂屯積。而吃脂肪吃過量只會變成尿酮排
出。不會變成體脂。這只就是生酮飲食強大的地方。當然

糖尿病患者不打胰島素會暴瘦,就是因為葡萄糖都尿出來
了。
糖尿病不打胰島素會瘦是因為身體無法有效處理碳水化物,
身體獲得不到熱量只好去燃燒體脂肪, 所以會變瘦. 葡萄
糖隨尿排出是身體無法利用醣的結果.
